These terms apply to your use of codeza.agency. By using the site you agree to them. They are short, because the site itself is simple: it tells you what we build and lets you book a call.

What this site is for
The site describes the AI voice agents, speed-to-lead automation and websites we build, and lets you book a free demo call. Nothing on it is a binding offer. What we build for you, when and on what terms is agreed in a written contract before any work starts.
Examples on the site
The conversations, calls, bookings and screens shown on this site are examples that illustrate how our agents work. They are not recordings of real customers, and the businesses, names and times in them are made up unless a page says otherwise. Results depend on your business, your calls and your leads, so we do not promise a particular outcome on this site.
Booking a demo
The demo call is free and puts you under no obligation. Booking runs through Cal.com, which has its own terms. If a time no longer works for you, cancel or move it through the link in your confirmation email.
Content and brand
The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to us. The Coderama logo and photos on the site belong to Coderama and are used with their permission. You may read and share links to the site freely, but please do not copy its content or brand for your own site without asking us first.
Other companies' services
Booking is handled by Cal.com and the site is hosted by Vercel. We choose these providers with care, but their services run under their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
What we are not responsible for
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site's content or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any dispute about the site goes to the courts of Slovakia, unless the law where you live gives you a right to go to court there instead.
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top.
