The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States. When you open a page, the hosting provider records technical details in its server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. This is used to keep the site running and secure, and the logs are kept only for a short time.

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for this.

This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

The booking window is provided by Cal.com. It loads only when you open it or move towards a booking link. Once it loads, Cal.com may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

To book a demo you give us your name, your email address, the time you chose and anything you type in the notes. If you add a phone number, we get that too. The booking runs through Cal.com, Inc. (United States) and lands in our Google calendar.

We use this information to hold the call, prepare for it and follow up afterwards. We rely on the fact that you asked us for the call, which the law calls taking steps at your request before a contract. We keep it for as long as we are in touch about working together, and we delete it if you ask.

If you call or text our US number, our telephony provider handles the call and we see your number and what you tell us. If you email us, your message is stored in Google Workspace. We use this to answer you, which is our legitimate interest, and we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for working with you.

We may use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

When a business uses a Codeza agent to answer its calls or messages, that business decides how your information is used and is responsible for it. We process the call or message on the business's behalf, under a written contract, only as it instructs us, and never for our own marketing. Questions about such a call go to the business you contacted.

Only the providers named above: Vercel (hosting and statistics), Cal.com (booking), Google (email and calendar) and our telephony provider. Each one processes data for us under a contract. We do not sell information about you and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Vercel, Cal.com and Google are based in the United States. Transfers to them are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and object to uses based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To use any of these rights, email matthew@codeza.agency. If you think we have handled your information wrongly, you can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).

If you live in California or another US state with its own privacy law, you have similar rights to know, delete and correct. Write to the same address and we will handle it the same way.

This website is meant for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

When we change this page, we update the date at the top. Bigger changes will be flagged on the page itself.
